English Description: These standards cover the sanitary aspects of pneumatic equipment used solely for conveying dry milk and dry milk products that is not an integral part of the dryer, commencing with the point at which the product enters the conveyor and ending at the point the product is discharged from the conveyor.
Spanish Description: Estas normas cubren los aspectos sanitarios del equipo neumatico solamente usado para el transporte de leche en polvo y productos lacteos secos, excepto los de tipo cucharon, que no son parte integral del secador, y que comienzan en el punto donde el producto ingresa al transportador y finaliza en el punto donde se descarga el producto del transportador.
