Full Description

This test method covers the laboratory test for determination of water and sediment in fuel oils by using the centrifuge method in the range from 0 to 30 % volume. This chapter, along with the API MPMS Chapter 10.3 (Test Method D 4007), supersedes the previous edition of Test Method D 1796 (API Standard D 2548, IP 75).
