Climatic categories: 55/100/A4; 55/100/21; 55/100/56. Rated temperature: 70 C. Temperature coefficient: for $iC$dR> 50 pF but 100 pF: -20 to +100 p.p.m./C; for $iC$dR> 100 pF: -20 to +150 p.p.m./C. A range of five case sizes and four rated voltages.
