Gives advance information on the sizes of PVC insulated l.f. cables and wires to be specified in the forthcoming metric British Standard. The metric dimensions are based on International Electrotechnical agreed sizes and take account of the Ministry of Defence and Post Office requirements for the classes concerned.Partially replaced by BS 4808-2:1972 and BS 4808-3:1972.
