Revised October 2014This Standard specifies requirements for management and administration of OHS training, identificationof OHS training needs, and outlines the development, implementation, and maintenance of an OHStraining program and courses. It also specifies how to select training providers with the appropriatequalifications and the requirements for the design and delivery of OHS training courses. InformativeAnnexes provide guidance on how to implement the requirements of this Standard, including topics tobe covered in training for health and safety representatives and committee members; managers and supervisors; and new workers. Samples of a training matrix, course evaluation form, and trainingassessment survey are also included that can be customized for the specific needs of the user.
