Full Description

This standard applies to manually-operated gas valves (see Part IV, Definitions), hereinafter referred to as valves, not exceeding 4 inches (102 mm) pipe size, and pilot shut-off devices (see Part IV, Definitions), hereinafter referred to as devices. Except for hose end valves and appliance connector valves, these valves and devices are intended to be used as part of a gas-fired appliance.
