The materials defined by these specifications are high solids
epoxy or polyester type primer surfacers, possessing good gloss,
enamel holdout and corrosion resistance, formulated to cure at a
minimum metal temperature of 135 °C. These materials contain rust
inhibitive type pigments to provide maximum corrosion resistance in
critical areas.
