The material defined by this specification is an NLGI No. 2 grade, low temperature lubricant containing a lithium 12 hydroxy stearate thickener, with a petroleum oil base, and necessary rust and oxidation inhibitors. The lubricant operating temperatures range from -40 degrees C to 93 degrees C.
