The material defined by this specification is an air drying metallic basecoat of a basecoat/clearcoat system required to provide the best interior quality finish. It consists of a physically drying metallic basecoat nitrocellulose lacquer system, suitable for repair of the stoved basecoat/clearcoat system, in connection with a complementary clearcoat repair enamel and for use over primed or already painted surfaces.
