The material defined by this specification is a bulked continuous filament (BCF) nylon with conductive fibers added, cut pile carpet, tufted into a synthetic primary foundation. It is then BACKCOATED with a vinyl conductive layer for improved fit, acoustical properties and electrostatic charge dissipation.
