Material Description.

This specification covers round extruded aluminum mechanical tubing and hydroformed components for vehicle body structure and chassis applications. For straight, hollow and semihollow aluminum extruded profiles produced from welding chamber (i.e., spider, porthole, or bridge) dies, solid aluminum extruded profiles, solid aluminum extruded round bars, and narrow flat aluminum extruded sheets, refer to GMW15665.
