Scope

The scope of this test suite specification is limited to the testing of phasor measurement unit electrical performance. As of this revision of the test suite specification, the standard for phasor measurement unit performance is IEEE C37.118.1(TM)-2011, IEEE Standard for Synchrophasor Measurements for Power Systems as modified by IEEE C37.118.1a(TM)-2014.
